Palm Beach County Court Judge Marni Bryson reached a stipulation with the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to put her ethics woes behind her.
And Jan Jacobowitz, an ethics expert at the University of Miami School of Law who is not involved in this matter, said lawyers and judges should take note of this disciplinary proceeding.
