A jury awarded more than $1.3 million to a woman who claimed that she injured her neck and a wrist in a vehicular accident.

On July 9, 2018, plaintiff Cheryl Waters, 59, an office’s manager, was driving on Rainbow Drive, near its intersection at South 25th Street, in White City. While her vehicle was stopped, its front end was struck by the rear end of a reversing sanitation truck that was being driven by Oreste Cancia. Waters claimed that she suffered injuries of her neck and a wrist.
