A jury awarded nearly $150,000 to the mother of a boy who fractured an arm in a fall at a North Miami indoor recreation facility.
On April 17, 2017, plaintiff Zachary Burunov, a 3-year-old boy, visited an indoor recreation facility that was located at 12885 Biscayne Blvd., in North Miami. Zachary fell off of a climbing apparatus. He landed on a floor, and he suffered injuries of an arm.
