Hinshaw & Culbertson filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Prime Property and Casualty Insurance Company. The suit seeks a court order that the insurer has no duty to defend or indemnify policyholder Kepali Group for claims arising from an automobile collision. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:21-cv-81787, Prime Property and Casualty Insurance Company v. Kepali Group, Inc. et al.
