The First District Court of Appeal sided with a woman who alleged she had preexisting migraines that worsened after a vehicle crash, despite wavering testimony about whether she suffered from them prior to the accident.

Plaintiff Kaitlyn R. Turner took her case before a jury for damages, causation and permanency of injury following a vehicle crash involving Richard Gamiz.
