Justin Sblano of Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig has entered an appearance for Arch Specialty Insurance Co. in a pending suit over commercial property insurance. The case was filed Aug. 16 in Florida Southern District Court by Callagy Law on behalf of Chisholm Properties South Beach Inc. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom, is 1:21-cv-22960, Chisholm Properties South Beach, Inc. v. Arch Specialty Insurance Co.
