A jury awarded nearly $200,000 to a restaurant worker who claimed that she fractured a wrist in a fall in the restaurant’s kitchen.

On March 6, 2018, plaintiff Oanh Ly, 58, a restaurant’s employee, was engaged in the normal course of her work duties at a restaurant located at 8150 49th St. N., in the city of Pinellas Park. Ly claimed that she fell while traversing the restaurant’s kitchen. She claimed that she suffered an injury of a wrist.
