Liberty Mutual Insurance Group was hit with an insurance lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Reed Smith on behalf of Citrosuco North America Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:21-cv-02359, Citrosuco North America, Inc. v. Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company.
