As the coronavirus pandemic has led companies to re-evaluate their office space needs, many small and midsize businesses are transitioning from standalone offices with long-term leases to occupying shared workspaces with flexible terms.

Throughout the past year and a half, across Pipeline Workspaces’ six locations in Florida, we have seen a sharp rise in new-member companies that previously occupied their own office suites. This is a trend that is here to stay. In fact, a recent JLL report found that the need for flexible space is likely to increase in the near future, and the same report predicts that 30% of all offices will be in the form of flexible space by 2030.
