Podhurst Orseck filed a personal injury lawsuit against aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider Standard Aero (Alliance) Inc. Thursday in Florida Middle District Court. The suit alleges that defendant failed to properly inspect and install certain gear while performing contract maintenance on subject aircraft. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-00747, Ballew v. Standard Aero (Alliance), Inc.
