Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Liberty Tax Service. The suit pursues claims against Katherine Grooms. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-01011, JTH Tax LLC d/b/a Liberty Tax Service v. Grooms et al.
