Reed Smith filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Citrosuco North America Inc., a leading producer of orange juice concentrate. The suit pursues claims against engineering services provider Enerfab Inc. for its alleged failure to properly repair a tank used to store millions of gallons of juice. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:21-cv-02409, Citrosuco North America, Inc. v. Enerfab, Inc.
