Robert F. Elgidely of Fox Rothschild has entered an appearance for Timothy Mosley, also known as Timbaland, in a pending music copyright lawsuit. The case was filed Sept. 9 in Florida Southern District Court by pro se plaintiff Terry Williams. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom, is 1:21-cv-23242, Williams v. Mosley.
