Employment LawMarriott International and other defendants were slapped with an employment lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit, over alleged gender-based discrimination, was filed by Saenz & Anderson on behalf of Marcia Baltodano. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-23793, Baltodano v. Marriott International, Inc. et al.
