Counsel at Squire Patton Boggs on Thursday removed a robocall class action against Sirius XM Holdings Inc. to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Normand PLLC, Hiraldo PA and IJH Law, alleges that the defendant transmits unauthorized, automated telemarketing calls in violation of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. The case is 3:21-cv-01086, Obie v. Sirius XM Holdings Inc.
