A jury awarded $36,000 to a woman who claimed that she injured her spine in a fall in a Homestead bargain store.
On Aug. 17, 2017, plaintiff Airam Bulte, an office's manager in her 40s, fell while she was shopping in a store that was located at 2552 NE 10th Court, in Homestead. She claimed that she suffered injuries of an ankle, her back, a knee and her neck.
