Hormel Foods, Smithfield Foods, Tyson Foods and other defendants were hit with an antitrust lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court, alleging price-fixing in the broiler pork industry. The suit was filed by Carlton Fields on behalf of Sonic. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:21-cv-82018, Sonic Industries Services Inc. v. Agri Stats Inc. et al.
