Attorneys at Carlton Fields have hit several leading pork suppliers and a specialized information trading service with a federal lawsuit alleging they used sensitive information to manipulate prices to their advantage.
The West Palm Beach suit reflects a nationwide trend and seeks treble damages and injunctive relief from the suppliers, who control 80% of the $20 billion in annual sales of pork.
