A South Florida man who was blocked from building a mid-century modern-style mansion in Palm Beach because it was "not in harmony" with neighboring properties is taking his case to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Donald Burns petitioned the justices for a writ of certiorari, asking them to overturn a decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in favor of the Town of Palm Beach and its Architectural Review Commission.
