A fleet of law firms have stepped in for defendants in a pending interpleader lawsuit. The case, filed Sept. 9 in Florida Middle District Court by Carlton Fields on behalf of RXCrossroads by McKesson, seeks a court order regarding the distribution of payments to dozens of pharmaceutical and retail pharmacy companies following the termination of certain programs.

Bristol-Meyers Squibb Company and Celgene Corporation are represented by Bast Amron LLP. Barnes & Thornburg is defending Astellas Pharma US Inc. Trenam has stepped in for Galderma Laboratories. Arnold & Porter is representing Lundbeck. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Mary S. Scriven, is 8:21-cv-02264, Rxc Acquisition Company v. Alkermes, Inc. et al.
