Many real estate professionals talk about the need for affordable housing in South Florida, but they aren’t walking the walk.
That’s according to Elderly Housing Development and Operations Corp.’s vice president of development Roland Broussard, who said developers aren’t moving quickly on affordable housing due to high land costs and limited financing options.
