The Fair Law Firm filed an employment lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Matthew Welsh III. The suit, over alleged discrimination based on race and disability, brings claims against Wawa Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-23969, Welsh v. Wawa, Inc.
