Dissenting South Florida Judge Says Foreclosure Ruling Conflicts With Case Law, As Majority Chooses Not to Write an Opinion
"The worst aspect of this case is that the majority chose not to write an opinion thereby leaving the legal community and the citizens of Florida to guess as to why they were unwilling to follow clear precedent. Regretfully, the failure to write an opinion under these circumstances tends to foster contempt for the legal system," said Attorney Michael Jay Wrubel, who represented the plantiff.
