A newly constructed South Florida business center is now at full capacity after Cushman & Wakefield's South Florida Industrial team helped negotiate three leases.
The leases bring the ±180,300-square-foot Tamarac Business Center, at 6801 N. Hiatus Rd., to 100% capacity.
