A Clermont-based roofing company agreed to pay $900,000 to a customer who claimed that she was injured as a result of poor workmanship.
On Feb. 27, 2020, plaintiff Rookmin Jalil, 81, a retiree, inadvertently stepped on a nail. The incident occurred in the yard of her residence, a single-family home that was located at 2263 Green View Circle, in Orlando. Jalil suffered an injury of a foot.
