Lawyers at Littler Mendelson on Tuesday removed an alleged employment discrimination lawsuit against CVS Pharmacy to Florida Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Marie A. Mattox PA on behalf of Larson Thompson, pursues retaliation, race-based and disability discrimination claims. The case is 4:21-cv-00472, Thompson v. CVS Pharmacy Inc.
