Fenwick & West partner Brian D. Buckley and associates Irene Aguirre and Armen Nercessian have stepped in to represent Amazon.com in a pending defamation lawsuit. The complaint, which arises from a negative customer review, was filed Oct. 14 in Florida Middle District Court by pro se plaintiffs Tatyana Aleshonkova and David McCall. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday, is 8:21-cv-02411, McCall et al v. Zotos et al.
