A trio of Boies Schiller Flexner litigators failed to convince a three-judge panel in the Third District Court of Appeal to reverse a $2.4 million attorney fee award to Richard A. Morgan, a defendant in a legal malpractice lawsuit.

Raoul Cantero III and Jim Robinson, partners at White & Case in Miami, successfully represented Morgan and his former law firm, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, in a legal malpractice lawsuit  Avra Jain brought against them stemming from a failed Doral venture. Bruce A. Weil, a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner in Miami, joined by Steven W. Davis and Marshall Louis, represented Jain, a real estate development executive.
