Orlando’s Sea World amusement park prevailed in a lawsuit filed by a patron who claimed that she suffered brain and spine injuries in a fall at the park.

On July 20, 2018, plaintiff Susan Davis, 33, a baker, fell while she was visiting the shark exhibit at the Sea World amusement park in Orlando. She claimed that she suffered injuries of her back, her head, her neck and a shoulder.
