North Face Apparel and other plaintiffs filed a trademark lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court over the alleged sale of counterfeit goods. The suit, filed by Stephen M. Gaffigan P.A., pursues claims against unidentified e-commerce operators. The case is 0:21-cv-62452, The North Face Apparel Corp. et al v. The Individuals, Business Entities, and Unincorporated Associations Identified On Schedule 'A'.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
