Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of Jessica Mae Misora, who was allegedly injured while working for the Jacksonville Zoological Society when a manatee unexpectedly rolled onto her right arm and hand. The complaint brings claims against Zenith Insurance Co. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-01208, Misora v. Zenith Insurance Co.
