Apple was hit with an antitrust class action Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court over its App Store. The suit was filed by AWP Legal on behalf of the Coring Co. and other competing app store developers who claim that Apple engages in anticompetitive activity on an international scale, censoring content and stifling innovation in the app distribution market. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 9:21-cv-82235, The Coring Company v. Apple Inc et al.
