Holland & Knight filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of real estate investment firm Solaris Capital. The suit pursues claims against Solaris Equity Partners, a financial services company, over its ongoing use of the 'Solaris Capital' mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20022, Solaris Capital, LLC v. Solaris Equity Partners, LLC.
