Attorneys at Holland & Knight and McDonald Toole Wiggins on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Volkswagen Group of America, the North American headquarters of Volkswagen AG, and EAN Holdings LLC to Florida Middle District Court. The suit, over an allegedly defective passenger seat belt, was filed by the Malki Law Offices on behalf of Angela Klein. The case is 8:22-cv-00026, Klein v. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. et al.
