A man who broke an ankle in a fall at his Titusville condominium complex recovered $800,000 after suing the complex's managers.
On May 4, 2019, plaintiff Alec Moore, 48, a chef, fell while he was traversing a breezeway of his residence, a condominium complex that was located at 2170 Knox McRae Drive, in Titusville. He suffered injuries of an ankle.
