Carlton Fields filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of Haitian construction company MSC Trading S.A. The complaint, over an alleged loan dispute, takes aim at Andres Pablo Delgado. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20075, MSC Trading, S.A. v. Delgado.
