Commercial Real EstateResidence Inn by Marriott has turned to attorney Pamela A. Chamberlin of Mitrani, Rynor, Adamsky & Toland to fend off a pending lawsuit over alleged violations of the ADA. The complaint was filed Nov. 24 in Florida Middle District Court by Sconzo Law Office on behalf of Howard Cohan. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza, is 6:21-cv-01989, Cohan v. Melbourne RI Owner, LLC.
