Contractual DisputesPolsinelli filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of ML Fashion and ML Retail. The suit, against fashion retailer Nobelle GW and its owners, accuses defendants of breaching their LLC agreement and opening a competing business. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:22-cv-00098, ML Fashion, LLC et al v. Nobelle Gw LLC et al.
