Kaufman Dolowich Voluck filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of National Indemnity Company of the South. The suit, against Yoandy Carrasco, M&M Carriers, H&C Florida Trucking Inc. and other defendants, seeks a declaration that National Indemnity has no duty to defend or indemnify M&M, H&C and Carrasco in an underlying action. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00074, National Indemnity Company of the South v. H&C Florida Trucking, Inc. et al.
