LitigationUnum Group was hit with an ERISA lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by the Dabdoub Law Firm on behalf of attorney Judy Albanese, who is managing partner at Gold, Albanese, Barletti & Locascio in New Jersey. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20138, Albanese v. Unum Life Insurance Company of America.
