Lawyers at James A. Coleman P.A. on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Target to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Nichole Dawkins. The case is 6:22-cv-00070, Dawkins v. Target Corporation.
