Unquestionably, full attendance and participation remains the best way to achieve that goal. The shortcomings of the "remote" world are the daily topic of discussion between firm managers and senior staff. The following suggestions are steps taken by Leesfield Scolaro that can be beneficial to other local law firms to approach full attendance, while reducing absenteeism from COVID and its ill effects.
