Carnival, the international cruise line, was hit with a personal injury lawsuit Thursday in Florida Southern District Court. The court case was filed by attorney Glenn J. Holzberg on behalf of Randolph Hunter. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20236, Hunter v. Carnival Corporation.
