Cigna and Strategic Enterprise Solutions were hit with a lawsuit Thursday in Florida Middle District Court seeking reimbursement for medical services. The lawsuit was filed by Callagy Law on behalf of Surgery Center of Viera. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00127, Surgery Center of Viera, LLC v. Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company et al.
