A multimillion-dollar malpractice lawsuit in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court targets two law firms in South Florida and some of their prominent partners.
Plaintiffs counsel David Winker wrote in the malpractice lawsuit that Greenberg Traurig and partner Alan Dimond, as well as Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine and partners Alan Kluger, Todd Levine and Marko Cerenko, allegedly failed to properly advise their former client, Raz Ofer.
