LitigationThe Commodity Futures Trading Commission filed a securities lawsuit against foreign exchange company Notus LLC, ROFX Global E-Advantages and other defendants Thursday in Florida Southern District Court. The defendants are accused of misappropriating $58 million in cash in connection with offering margined or financed retail foreign currency transactions to ineligible U.S. and international customers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-20291, Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
