'Contumacious Disregard': South Florida Judge Hits Greenberg Traurig Client With Contempt Order
The federal judge ruled in the order that, "[T]he court finds it impossible that a health system entrusted with the care of millions of patients on an annual basis, and with revenues exceeding $10 billion a year, is incapable of showing its employees a 15-minute video to help ensure that deaf patients are treated equitably when presenting at one of their facilities."
