'When Are You Retiring?': South Florida Sales Rep Files Age Discrimination Suit

Land n' Sea Distributing Inc., a subsidiary of Brunswick Corporation, was sued Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The court case, over alleged age-based employment discrimination, was filed by Richard Celler Legal on behalf of Gail Ellis. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
