An influx of businesses and new residents to Miami Beach continues to heat up the market as Deco Capital Group has secured $60 million in financing for the construction of Eighteen Sunset, a mixed-use building with Class A offices, retail space and a residential penthouse.
City National Bank of Florida will provide the loan to fund the development, which broke ground in November 2021.
