The Walt Disney Company was sued Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims sustained while abroad the Disney Dream cruise ship, was brought by Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman on behalf of Michaela Wallace. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 6:22-cv-00208, Wallace v. Magical Cruise Company, Limited.

Gould claims that he would not have accepted a position on Carbon IQ's board of directors or made a 2022 investment in the company if the fraud allegations had been disclosed.
